For an organisation of your choice, undertake a review of the key external factors affecting it and on the basis of this review, Critically evaluate the approaches to HRM strategy in relation to the organisational strategyAnalyse how HRM practitioners respond to national and/or international factors at both an operational and strategic levelConsider future trends as well as current issues

The assignment should be submitted in the form of a written essay, in Microsoft Word or equivalent format, via Turnitin.
Hints and tips
Assessment Template   This is an individual assignment.   The written assignment should be in essay format, and structured in paragraphs, with an opening paragraph, paragraphs to aide discussion, and finally a closing paragraph.
