Your report will be a case study analysis based on the case study for Aleph Farms. Your report should analyse various aspects of the case, including the following:
- Explain the customer needs that are driving this innovation. Who are the different customer segments? What are the Jobs-to-be-Done for each segment? How are these customers currently meeting their needs?
- What is the sustainable innovation that the company is offering? How does this better satisfy the customers’ needs? What sets this company apart from others in the same market space?
- Describe some of the limitations or obstacles this company faces. What are they doing to tackle these issues?
- Are there any remaining ethical issues related to this product? How can the company justify these?
- Is this product priced at a point that it can go to market? Why or why not? What sort of customers can it expect to purchase its products initially?
- Does this innovation enter the market from above, below, or in the middle? Why did they choose this point?
- What sort of partnerships have they entered into or are considering? What are the implications?
- Using concepts discussed in class, in what ways do you believe this company fosters learning?
- Using concepts discussed in class, how do you believe this company can protect its innovation?
- State your opinion on whether or not you believe this company will succeed. Why or why not?
