There are several types of organizations ranging from medium, small and large depended on their sole partnership process and measures. The entire organizations depend on their franchising and licensing measures to do a definite competitive analysis and be on the top of market by meeting the expectations of the stakeholders.

LO2 Demonstrate the interrelationship of the various functions within an organization and how they link to organizational structure

All the functions in the organization ranging from finance, operations, resource management and role of marketing are interdependent and intertwined with each other. Thereby if one of these functions stops working then it creates a negative impact on the other existing functions as well. In addition to this the structure of any organization depends on the aim and scope that the organization has to compete in the market. Depending on the aim the structure varies from parent, bureaucratic, post bureaucratic and matrix functions as well.

LO3 Use contemporary examples to demonstrate both the positive and negative influence/impact the macro environment has on business operations

Macro environment in any business process could be easily determined in any business process through help of PESTLE analysis. There are various ways in which the macro environment creates both negative and positive impact on the company’s entire framework. These impacts include revolution on a digital information basis, social technological measures, cyber security, global shift and sustainable growth process as well. In this regards transformation in any organization undergoes due to the fact of changing and ever developing market environment.

LO4 Determine the internal strengths and weaknesses of specific businesses and explain their interrelationship with external macro factors

Both the internal weakness and strengths of any organization could be ideally determined through the help of either TOWS matrix or SWOT. The various essential factors of macro environment that are related in any organization that is the interventions and regulations of government, competitive environment and work process that the current organization must analyze t start and develop a business would also be covered through the help of SWOT or TOWS analysis.
