Aim of Unit 24 Employability skills
The unit helps in solving of problems, identification of the problem and specifying it. Importance would be shed upon various interpersonal skills and understanding the variation in working with others. Such variation would lead in figuring out the leadership importance and various strategies in regards to it. Solution for strategies would form an integral part of the study and reflect practices upon solutions. The aim of the study would be development of responsibilities and performance while getting involved in workplaces. Secondary resources like the internet and social media platforms could also be used for self learning. Taking responsibility of self is the first evidence of improvements. One could take responsibility of self when the intention to learn grows.

Learning outcomes
LO1 Be able to determine own responsibilities and performance
Approaches upon decision making process could be made through research. Other than that a lot of skills and ways are present by which one would develop their self responsibility skills. Such would include various assessment tools like shooting skills, personal skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills. The usage of motivation, managerial roles, promoting strength and weaknesses along with several other techniques helps in determination of responsibilities.
LO2 Be able to develop interpersonal and transferable skills
Interacting with others about self development and learning also forms a head under the implementation process. These strategies and styles form an integral part of learning. One can improve a lot by using these strategies and implementing them. Learning could also be received from others. There are various kinds of learning which could be adopted for implementation. Such process are observing others, supervise, informal networking, learning from team members, managers and other professional persons. Evaluation could be made by making responses to the feedback, setting aims and adequate social skills.
LO3 Understand the dynamics of working with others
Self learning could be initiated by making goals and setting high goals. Apart from that orientation and setting dates for achieving those goals in workplaces constitute building of teams. The learning steps would be determined and evaluated by using several theories. Certain skills like motivation, teaching, inspiring, and communicating form an effective team. There are various kinds of learning which could be adopted for working with teams. Such processes are observing others, learning from team members, managers and other professional persons.
LO4 Be able to develop strategies for problem solving
Developing strategies helps in creating positivity within self. Ability to develop could also help in demonstrating interpersonal skills. Developing professionally is equally important like self development. Professional development is a part of self learning capabilities. Problems could be solved by using various tools and methods of problem solving. Implementation could be done by using methodologies for solutions, analysis of critical paths, and actions of correctness.
