Aim of Human Resource Management

This Human Resource Management (HRM) aims to enable students to appreciate and apply practical Human Resource Management (HRM). People are the lifeblood of any organisation and attracting, recruiting, and retaining talented staff is at the core of all Human Resource Management HRM activities.
